the staff assisted me with my luggage. the room included a smart tv. the bed was very comfortable. i found the arranged taxi service to the airport reasonable and efficient. the hotel's location allowed easy access to many major attractions.
the minibar required a deposit before use.

the location was convenient for accessing various attractions.
the room cleaning service was poor i found inconsistencies with water bottles being restocked some days and not others the noise from the tram outside was very noticeable it was like the tram was running inside the room due to the hotel's proximity to the station this affected my sleep.

The hotel is located near Galataport and is easily accessible. Galata Tower is also nearby. This made sightseeing very convenient. The tram station and bus stops are a short walk away. Getting around the city is easy because the hotel has many transport options. The staff at the front desk was also amazing.
The air conditioner in my room stopped working for three nights. I was told there was no issue, but I would wake up sweating each night. It was very frustrating. I hope this issue will be solved quickly.

The location was acceptable, situated near Galata Tower and Galataport, allowing easy exploration of the surrounding area.
The shower did not work. The staff informed me, condescendingly, they could show me how to use it. A service engineer spent considerable time trying to fix it, but it remained faulty, and the staff did not apologize for the inconvenience.

i must mention the really good kindness of the staff they were very well-dressed. hygiene and cleanliness levels were excellent i noticed. i had airline trouble so i extended my stay the hotel then found me a room until my flight came.
the minibar deposit of €100 cash felt a bit excessive. i was surprised about this policy upon arrival it seemed unnecessary.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! the staff was super helpful. They quickly arranged an early breakfast bag for our tour. our room was lovely and quite clean plus spacious! i slept well because the bed was very comfortable. the shower had great water pressure and was very clean.
i found that extra water costs extra. i was surprised that the hotel would charge extra for water. this was unexpected from a hotel.
